NOTE: The date codes for each product can be found on the board of each panel/module. It is shown as written month and year (i.e. Apr 10) or week and year (i.e. 14/10). Only products in warranty will be replaced.

RMA Process:

1. CSD will issue an RMA number and email it back to you.
2. Ship all items to CSD 515 West 5th Ave. Pine Bluff, AR 71601 with RMA number clearly marked on all boxes.

For any RMA:

• RMA numbers are valid for 20 days from issuance
• Return merchandise must have the RMA form with the RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box
• Returned merchandise must be sent freight prepaid
• All products are subject to verification of date codes and warranty status

For defective items:

• All defective product may be returned for REPLACEMENT WITH APPROVAL.
• Return only defective items. Do not return entire kit. Ship panels without metal can unless can is damaged.
• Any item out of warranty will not be replaced.
